SUMMERHOUSE IN SKAGEN
This is where we live:
A lovely Summerhouse in Skagen situated 200m from Sønder strand and near Grenen
The house is situated just opposite the White Lighthouse “Det hvide fyr” in the North-East end of Skagen with 3min walk to the beach, 20 min walk to Grenen and 15 min walk to Skagen city center of Skagen and Skagen Harbour.
The House:
We can offer a summerhouse up to 257 mm2 with totally 14 beds
We don't rent out the house to groupes of young people.
Ground floor and 1. floor:
The ground floor contains a big light open kitchen-allroom with dishwashing mashine and dinnertable decorated in Frensh style, Living room with a woodburning stove, a lovely all-season isolated winter room with door to the garden, hall and a bathroom with toilet and shower. From the hall stairs to the first floor. The first floor contains 3 bedrooms with totally 8 beds. Two of the bedroom har a view over the beach (Sønder strand). From the center bedroom there is a door to a 15 m2 roof terrasse also with view over the beach.
Basement:
The basement of the summerhouse and has been totally rebuilt in the spring 2006 . It contains a light kitchen – fully equiped, living room with dinner table and a sofa, 3 bedrooms with 2 beds in each. In the appartment there is also a bathroom with toilet and shower. The appartment has floor heating in all rooms.
Periode of rental:
Arrival and departure-day is saturday. Arrival is from 3.00 PM and departure is before 11 AM.
Cleaning:
The summerhouse is cleaned at take over and has to be cleaned by departure. It is possible to pay for the cleaning to be done by a cleaning service agency.
Sheets for the beds:
There is a pilow and a duvet for every bed. Sheets for the madrass, pilow and duvet has to be brought by yourself.
The Garden:
The garden can be used by our guests. In the garden there is two terrasses with garden furnitures and a barbecue. The barbecue is to be cleaned after each use by yourself.
TV:
In the summerhouse there is a dvd and 2 color tv + with connection to cable-tv.
Smoking:
It is our purpose to give our guests a clean and fresh experience in our house. Therefore it is not allowed to smoke in the appartments. It is ofcause allowed to smoke in the garden.
Pets:
It is not allowed to bring pets into the house.

At the same time 50% to the payment has to be payed. Bank information is written on the tenancy aggrement. The last 50% has to be payed 4 weeks before arrival.
Handing over the key:
The key is hand over at the adress between 3 and 4 PM on the arrival day.
